Thank you for choosing DreamItLuvIt. Please review these policies before placing your order. They help make the ordering, design, and pickup process as smooth as possible.
POLICIES
ORDERING & PAYMENT• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and event date.
• Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.
• Payments are accepted through Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
PRICING & DESIGN• All website prices are starting prices.
• Final pricing varies based on cake size, flavor, filling, design, and overall complexity.
• Specialty details, fresh florals, toppers, packaging, fondant work, and delivery may result in additional charges.
• Inspiration photos are welcome and help communicate your vision; however, exact replicas of another cake are not guaranteed.
• Because every cake is handmade, slight differences in color, texture, placement, and decoration may occur.
PICK UP & DELIVERY• Pickup is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
• Sunday pickups are generally available between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, unless another time has been arranged.
• Limited delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and availability.
• Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window or contact DreamItLuvIt if you expect to be late.
CAKE CARE & TRANSPORTATION • Cakes should be transported on a flat, level surface in a cool vehicle.
• Avoid placing cakes on car seats or holding them on someone’s lap.
• Keep your cake refrigerated until otherwise instructed.
• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for proper transportation, handling, and storage.
• DreamItLuvIt is not responsible for damage caused after pickup by heat, transportation, improper handling, or improper storage.
ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUEST• DreamItLuvIt operates as a home bakery, and products are prepared in an environment where common food allergens may be present.
• Please disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions before booking.
• Cross-contact with allergens cannot be completely guaranteed against.
• Special dietary requests are accepted only when specifically confirmed before the order is booked.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE• The 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your date.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before pickup and are subject to availability.
• Deposits may be transferred one time to a new available date within 90 days.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• If DreamItLuvIt must cancel your order, all payments will be refunded.
